(the “Company”) to be issued pursuant to the Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan (the “EIP)” and an additional 439,968 shares of common stock of the Company to be issued pursuant to the Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 2017 Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the “ESPP”).
